Just bought my first ebike one month ago and had some issue with E07 error signal.Brought back to the store and James right away helped to check and ordered a new controller part with no questions asked. He also helped me to fix my bike’s kickstand free of charge.I've never owned an e-bike before so the info and after-sales service from them has been vital for me. Let me save you some time. Due to increasingly horrible traffic on my daily commute (pushing out drive times a lot), and some big hills between my home and my workplace (combined with general laziness), I decided to buy an electric bike. I took an afternoon off work and visited 5 electric bike stores in a row, test riding 5 different brands of e-bikes. The Electric Bike superstore was the fifth on my list and it was a very easy decision. I bought the Earth T-Rex and love it. I look forward to the commute to work and it eats hills. I am not an ebike expert or reviewer, but based on my one afternoon of testing it was easily the best bike I rode on the day. I use a low power setting on the flat and just bump it up when I hit the big hills. Highly recommended if you are in the market for an e-mountain bike, or if you have some big hills that hold you back from riding more regularly.
