I want to say speciall thanks to Gordon . I just went there to buy an eMTB bike but I was not sure that I could fit inside my car to carry around . I have a foldable fat ebike and I wanted to get eMTB to have more fun off roads in different tracks.He spent time to see that we could fit the bike that I like before any purchases into my car .What I really like was the professional way that he is treating customers . It is one of the best ebike shops in Melbourne that you could receive professionalism in ebike services plus quality ebikes to buy.

Really great products at very reasonable prices. Gordon was accommodating and helpful when it came to choosing my new ebike, and also assisted in discussing options for fitting a child seat. He's a proper fan of cycling and getting out on the road, and the fact he rides one of his own products to and from work is a testament to the quality of the products he sells.

Compared to another bike store l called into on the way home where there was no service or help offered until we waited at the checkout for ages so I could pay for my purchase.

Electric bikes superstore had an extremely wide range of different e-bikes. Importantly staff (Gordon) were extremely knowledgeable and generous with their time. I was welcomed to test ride any bike of interest (with a perfectly positioned bike track within 50M of the shop). Bike mechanic on site. Plus I received (good timing I suppose) a generous discount on advertised prices. Now excited to see how my bike performs before I return for a free service after 500km.

He bothers getting to know his buyers and caters to their needs. It was great to get a sense of community when entering the store, he knows his customers by name. He has a wide range of bikes that are good quality. When I got home and showed my bike to my partner, he kept pointing out all of the good features of my new bike. Gordon had supplied and suggested extra accessories based on my needs! A fantastic basket for shopping to add on, alarm, tracker and lock. The bike also comes with a fantastic multi tool for quick fixes! The bike is efficient and has a detachable battery! He supplied my lock for free and I am VERY grateful! I had told him what had happened to my last lock. I got a beautiful pastel sage coloured bike. It goes! Comes with fantastic features including inbuilt headlight and brake lights! I love my new bike! And my partner will most likely end up getting the same one due to the level of customer service and suggestions provided at the store.I’d give Gordon’s business 10/10 if I could but he and his store gets two outstanding thumbs up!
