The after sales service offered by Gordon and his team is outstanding and something that isn’t the norm nowadays unfortunately. They’ve just got my older style antebike going again which I thought I might need to replace, and the repair cost was much less than I anticipated. When I do update to a new bike I won’t look anywhere else because I know how great they handle after sales service and repairs.

James, James, James is the E.B. Superstore star. One phone call told me it was worth the trip to Braeside to check their bikes. I could not have been happier with his service. He explained his products features, challenged my planned approach to buy elsewhere, and I locked in with his Earth T-Rex Mixie. We then spent 20 minutes deciding on the best method to load the bike onto my Thule frame. Thanks James.

Gordon fixed up our earth electric bike we'd bought from him that had been affected by water ingress. It wasn't covered by manufacturers warranty, but was still fixed for free by Gordon and his team without even having to ask. That's customer service worthy of 5 stars. If we're in the market for another bike we'd definitely buy from these guys again.

Unfortunately, I dropped and lost a locator washer while taking the drive wheel off my bike to replace the tube. The bloke behind the counter not only went out of his way to find a replacement for me but then refused to accept any payment. Now THAT’S customer service worthy of support!

Well this certainly is a superstore run by super helpful Gordon. No pushy salesman here but someone who genuinely knows his bikes inside out and wants to know and help you purchase the right bike, even testing them out. Very impressed and we travelled about two hours to go to this store but cannot speak highly enough of how nice and helpful Gordon was in helping us make up our minds. He even swapped the uncomfortable seat on it for a better wider one. Would highly recommend this store and have told plenty of my friends about it

Really great products at reasonable prices. Gordon was very accommodating and helpful when it came to choosing my new ebike, and also assisted in discussing options for fitting a child seat. He's a proper fan of cycling and getting out on the road, and the fact he rides one of his own products to and from work is a testament to the quality of the products he sells. First service went down without a hitch and I got terrific maintenance advice too when I asked. There's a good reason their Google rating is so high, it's a really decent shop run by very down to earth people, I wish them every success.

After deliberating for a year I bit the proverbial bullet and headed off to Electric Bikes in Carnegie. My Husband already has an electric bike and we love caravanning. I had pretty much decided which bike I would look at!When we arrived we found parking in front of the shop a breeze. Gordon in attendance served us and we had his full attention and expertise. He revealed he is not so much a car person but loves his bikes!!! After trying out the SKU on the nearby bike path and looking at another e-bike option which Gordon also displayed, I still chose the “Fat Folding 20x4 inch 27 A” SKU. Gordon fully demonstrated the operation of this compact, folding e-bike and assisted my husband with securing it on the Isuzu.It’s very classy and I’m going to be very happy showing my skills.
