I bought an ebike from here 18 months ago. I was mildly concerned about some noises from the mid-drive motor so I booked it in for a service with Scott. When I dropped it off I explained the problem and said that if any parts needed replacement (chain, brake pads, sprocket) that would be fine with me. A few hours later, Scott phoned me to say that they had been communicating with Bosch about the problem and that Bosch were going to send some replacement parts. This would mean that they would need to keep the bike for several days. (Fine with me.) Scott called me a little while later to tell me that Ronen, his technician, had persisted and found that a screw in a hart to find spot had come loose in the drive unit and that the bike was ready to collect. Scott only charged me for a normal service, plus Ronen told me my chain and other replacement parts were only half worn and would last until the next service. When I got the bike home I took it for ride. It was so responsive, smooth and quiet.

Recently my son and I bought two bikes from Scott and his team at the Ebike Superstore Adelaide.

To say the service and product knowledge was exceptional would be an understatement. These bikes have allowed a young double hip replacement dad to keep up with a 14 yr old son, up and downhills. The Smartmotion Hypersonics are an awesome product for the price and compared to others out there these bikes are super value for money.

Scott you said 3 months or 300km for the first ebike service, we love them so much that even in this winter wet we are already near the 200km mark after only 2 weeks. We are now ebike lovers and are amazed at how many we now see out there riding in Blackwood and the Hills of Adelaide. Thank you Scott, Caleb and the whole Ebike service team, you work and products are greatly appreciated. An awesome bike shop!
