Well this certainly is a superstore run by super helpful Gordon. No pushy salesman here but someone who genuinely knows his bikes inside out and wants to know and help you purchase the right bike, even testing them out. Very impressed and we travelled about two hours to go to this store but cannot speak highly enough of how nice and helpful Gordon was in helping us make up our minds. He even swapped the uncomfortable seat on it for a better wider one. Would highly recommend this store and have told plenty of my friends about it

Really great products at reasonable prices. Gordon was very accommodating and helpful when it came to choosing my new ebike, and also assisted in discussing options for fitting a child seat. He's a proper fan of cycling and getting out on the road, and the fact he rides one of his own products to and from work is a testament to the quality of the products he sells. First service went down without a hitch and I got terrific maintenance advice too when I asked. There's a good reason their Google rating is so high, it's a really decent shop run by very down to earth people, I wish them every success.

After deliberating for a year I bit the proverbial bullet and headed off to Electric Bikes in Carnegie. My Husband already has an electric bike and we love caravanning. I had pretty much decided which bike I would look at!When we arrived we found parking in front of the shop a breeze. Gordon in attendance served us and we had his full attention and expertise. He revealed he is not so much a car person but loves his bikes!!!
