Five years ago, I bought my E-bike from Gordon. Since then, I’ve moved to the north side of the city and found it incredibly difficult to find an experienced and attentive bike shop willing to service my bike. Most stores in the north have strict rules about which E-bikes they’ll touch, and many can’t even source the necessary parts.Gordon and his team has consistently provided excellent customer care. His communication is clear, he’s generous with his knowledge, and he genuinely wants to help. While other bike shops told me it would take a month just to book my bike in, Gordon took it in straight away, identified the issue, sourced the parts, and had it repaired within two days.Of course, every situation is different, but from my experience, Gordon always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after. The service was seamless, efficient, and truly outstanding.

I live on the north side, and sometimes, making the long haul south is the better option. After having been to multiple repair shops, nothing comes close to EBSS. Gordon is VERY knowledgeable and swift with ordering parts and repairing bikes. He goes out of his way to help educate you. What i thought would take a week for my bike to be complete (ordering parts and all) it only took 2 days. Needless to say I'll be making the commute because the service received is outstanding.

They were even able to accommodate a last-minute request, which I really appreciated... though to be fair, I wouldn’t count on that during peak season. The after sales service offered by Gordon and his team is outstanding and something that isn’t the norm nowadays unfortunately. They’ve just got my older style antebike going again which I thought I might need to replace, and the repair cost was much less than I anticipated. When I do update to a new bike I won’t look anywhere else because I know how great they handle after sales service and repairs.

He explained his products features, challenged my planned approach to buy elsewhere, and I locked in with his Earth T-Rex Mixie. We then spent 20 minutes deciding on the best method to load the bike onto my Thule frame. Thanks James.

Gordon fixed up our earth electric bike we'd bought from him that had been affected by water ingress. It wasn't covered by manufacturers warranty, but was still fixed for free by Gordon and his team without even having to ask. That's customer service worthy of 5 stars. If we're in the market for another bike we'd definitely buy from these guys again.

Well this certainly is a superstore run by super helpful Gordon. No pushy salesman here but someone who genuinely knows his bikes inside out and wants to know and help you purchase the right bike, even testing them out. Very impressed and we travelled about two hours to go to this store but cannot speak highly enough of how nice and helpful Gordon was in helping us make up our minds. He even swapped the uncomfortable seat on it for a better wider one. Would highly recommend this store and have told plenty of my friends about it

Really great products at reasonable prices. Gordon was very accommodating and helpful when it came to choosing my new ebike, and also assisted in discussing options for fitting a child seat. He's a proper fan of cycling and getting out on the road, and the fact he rides one of his own products to and from work is a testament to the quality of the products he sells. First service went down without a hitch and I got terrific maintenance advice too when I asked. There's a good reason their Google rating is so high, it's a really decent shop run by very down to earth people, I wish them every success.
