Really great products at reasonable prices. Gordon was very accommodating and helpful when it came to choosing my new ebike, and also assisted in discussing options for fitting a child seat. He's a proper fan of cycling and getting out on the road, and the fact he rides one of his own products to and from work is a testament to the quality of the products he sells. First service went down without a hitch and I got terrific maintenance advice too when I asked. There's a good reason their Google rating is so high, it's a really decent shop run by very down to earth people, I wish them every success.

After deliberating for a year I bit the proverbial bullet and headed off to Electric Bikes in Carnegie. My Husband already has an electric bike and we love caravanning. I had pretty much decided which bike I would look at!When we arrived we found parking in front of the shop a breeze. Gordon in attendance served us and we had his full attention and expertise. He revealed he is not so much a car person but loves his bikes!!! After trying out the SKU on the nearby bike path and looking at another e-bike option which Gordon also displayed, I still chose the “Fat Folding 20x4 inch 27 A” SKU. I want to say speciall thanks to Gordon . I just went there to buy an eMTB bike but I was not sure that I could fit inside my car to carry around .
