Freight ,Shipping and Delivery: All online purchase orders will be dispatched via our nominated transport company ie. TNT, Northline, Allied Express. All orders online are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 working days. Once your order is dispatched the courier/transport company will delivery the order and may take 2-6 working days. ( Regional areas and some remote areas will require additional day(s) delivery time.)
Free Delivery does not apply to sale items unless stated. Regional and remote areas will incur extra cost .

Deliveries service are from Monday through to Friday, 9am – 5pm (No weekends). Customers will be informed via email with a Tracking Number. Given that all our deliveries are via third party transport company, we cannot guarantee you or request a specific delivery date or time.
Please ensure that you or someone else with authority to sign on your behalf is at home during delivery. Should the transport company delivery and you are not at home at the time of delivery, a note will be left with further instructions. Re delivery cost may be charge to you by the transport company for re delivery of goods.

In the event that an ordered item is not available in stock on your purchase, we will contact you within 24hrs and dispatch your order once stock is next available again.
Your electric bike will be delivered in a box approximately 70% or 90% assembled depending on your selected model. Some assembling will be required by the customer. Electric bikes superstore is not responsible for completing the assembly and fine tuning of your bike unless its purchased from our electric bike superstore shop. The customer is responsible for completing assembly and fine tuning of all parts when purchasing the product online via our website. If any parts are damage or missing, you must contact us via email or phone call within 24 hours of delivery. We highly recommend that you take the bike to your nearest bicycle shop and have a bicycle mechanic assemble it should you feel that you are not able to assemble the bike.
